Ingredients
4 large baking potatoes
Olive Oil 
Salt flakes 

Method
Wash your potatoes and put them into the microwave for 5 mins, turn the potatoes over and put back on for another 5 minutes.

Put oil on to each potato and season.

You can now either wrap in foil and put into the coals or put them on the top and cook until golden - about 40 minutes.
