Scooby pasta today - I really had forgot just how good it was, this is a feel good dish

We have been given some gorgeous bay leaves from our neighbours

Even I could not believe the vast array of chillies we have

Clam pasta from Better at Home, just don’t wear white!

Kokur masala from On the Himalayan Trail but using wings rather than drumsticks

Chicken with yuzu and broccoli and asparagus with chilli crisp mayo

Today we had a little pizza party, a perfect way to spend the bank holiday

Easter Sunday with the Deans and the Bowers clan, such a lovely day

Schnitzel and salad tonight in memory of Mrs Sullivan

Good Friday, the day after the night before foodwise and a talk by Edd Kimber on his new book.
