It has been a very difficult week and I am glad to have made it to the weekend.
I have been writing up a blog on chillies which was good to keep me occupied and keep my mind busy. I wanted to take photos of all of the chillies and I did actually laugh to myself as I had absolutely no idea we had so many. As I kept finding them I laughed even more. We cook a lot and so do use them all.
We use a lot of chillies, both fresh, dried and powdered but my favourites are probably the dried ones as ancho and chipotle are my ultimate favourites, I love the smokiness of them.
Anyway after all of the writing we decided to have Singapore noodles and crispy chilli prawns with cashews which are so good. They were very spicy and just what was needed actually. I love how food can make you feel so much better.
