To make this really special you could make your own mayo but it is lovely with good quality shop bought too.

Ingredients
4 tbsps of mayonnaise
1 tbsp harissa paste
Salt to taste

Method
Mix the harissa and the mayonnaise together.  Test there is enough harissa for you and if not, add another tsp or two until you are happy.
