Victoria and I had a rare evening of just the two of us and she asked for a Thai green curry.  We have a recipe which we both really enjoy and so we made that, watched some bubblegum tv and had a really nice evening.

The recipe however just was not what it was last time I cooked it (which really was quite some time ago) and so I am thinking we need to find a new recipe.  If you have a great Thai green curry recipe please send to me, I would love to try a new recipe.
