Today was the cooking club at work that I run and we made the Amarula and malva pudding cupcakes.  They seemed to be going down really well even though they need finishing off after the session when the cakes cooled.  Certainly the tastings of the icing I saw going on made me think they would be loved. As they are so easy to finish off and so delicious I really hope everybody loves them and had fun.  The oohs and ahhs certainly made me think they will enjoy them.  I know I love them.
