Victoria and Noah and James and Kathryn are coming over today for a post Christmas get together.  James and Kathryn went to Pennsylvania for Christmas and were gone for our family get together on 22nd so it was decided to be post.  I also could not wait to see Victoria and Noah and have a little hug.

We are both feeling tired, I think the older I get the more the long flight gets to me.  So rather than doing anything too elaborate we have decided to go down the Indian food route, minted spiced lamb chops, a swede rasam (from the cookbook book of the month Dinner by Meera Sodhi), Bombay potatoes and naan.  The swede I was really looking forward to but not so much the others but actually it was absolutely delicious, definitely one I would do again.

It was so nice to be surrounded by everybody and chat and laugh.
