Victoria wants to try to make a chocolate tart next weekend.  Not just any chocolate tart, a Darren Purchese chocolate tart.  For anybody that does not know DP - he is an absolutely unbelievable pastry chef and his recipes are simply out of this world.  And very, very complex.  I am more than happy to try although because even if I do a semi good job I know they will be fantastic.
