Victoria's baby shower is coming up and I am trying to decide exactly what to do.  I am thinking about making mini Victoria sponges as you cannot beat Victoria sponge, I am looking at investing in a Victoria sponge pan which is a tray of 12 loose mini sponge tin, very clever and should make things easier.  The theme is afternoon tea because this is something we both used to love to do together and used to take so much pleasure in.
