The cookbook club continues with The Nutmeg Trail and I am really enjoying cooking from it.  Tonight we made spiced beef in stuffed pittas and this was my favourite recipe so far.  The beef tasted amazing, the pita was crunchy and fantastic and with the pomegranate molasses which is sour and sticky it was quite literally a flavour explosion. What a wonderful meal.
