I can't believe the sun is out, it is nippy but to see the sun is so nice, I feel much happier when I can get outside for fresh air.  Tonight we made the most of the fresh air and made burgers on the Kamado Joe, nothing fancy just bacon and cheeseburgers cooked over a flame, you really cannot beat it for simplicity and taste.  We have discovered this gorgeous burger pickle at M&S, it is mustardy sweet with gherkins and it is gorgeous and really tastes like the mustard/pickle combo on the Maccy D burgers.
