Happy Valentine’s Day!

As it's Valentine's Day, what else could we have other than steak, chips and peppercorn sauce.  Although I know the peppercorn sauce is actually for the steak, I really love dunking my chips into it.  Crispy sweet chips with a soft fluffy  interior coated in the creamy sauce with that little bite is an absolute divine joy. Much as I love peppercorn sauce, I do also really love bearnaise sauce and when I go to restaurants I refuse to pick between them insisting on both ha ha, well isn’t the customer always right?
