My baby boy is 15.  15, where does the time go?  He and 4 friends went to Nando's, the cinema to see Spider-Man and Bigs Desert Parlour and they had such a great time. Happy birthday Matt, I love you so much x

Meanwhile over here while Matt was out having fun, I was presenting on the Staff Briefing for the day job for the lovely charity I support, the PSPA and dealing with incidents.  Afterwards we had a little flurry of donations which made my heart swell.

After a really hectic day all I wanted to do was enjoy a brandy and take it easy and so this evening we had a sandwich, a bag of crisps and a cup of tea.  Rock and roll! Well not quite but my goodness it was good.

I also tasted my Christmas chutney - it really felt like something was missing. I just can't put my finger on it.  There was an umami depth missing, I think that is what it is.  I just need to figure now how to correct or even if I will leave it and see what maturing does.
