We had a tub of chilli crab from M&S which needed using today.  It was originally bought for crab rolls but of course the brioche buns were eaten and so looking for inspiration, I thought it would be good in pasta and it really was.  It was also super quick, I used linguine but I actually think it would have been better with angel hair pasta or spaghetti.  It was as simple as cooking the pasta, adding about 50ml of pasta water to the crab, salt and pepper and folding it through the pasta.  Simple and totally delicious.
