We have a potjie pot that Rhona was given by Jo T which has largely sat in the cupboard for the last few years.  On our recent visit to SA Riaan made a gorgeous potjie and so this ignited Rhona's desire to find the potjie pot and get using it.  Our first recipe was a mussel potjie, this was so easy, so tasty and perfect with a crusty baguette to mop up all the juices.  This can be made inside but outside is one of those grab a drink, chat around the fire and wait for the food.
