Today is St Patricks Day.  For the last 4 years I have wanted to go to Ireland on St Patricks Day and really celebrate.  So far circumstance and covid has prevented that but maybe next year? Who knows. I really fancy going along the South and West coasts.

Meanwhile what better way to celebrate than beef and Guinness stew and colcannon.  It is cold and so perfectly fitted.
