Tomorrow there is a bake sale at the day job to try to raise funds for the PSPA.  I am not really sue how many cakes and bakes we will get so I things. I was actually really busy with the day job and so the day was frantic. I made cinnamon buns, a chocolate and muscovado fudge cake and a vegan version and tried to make trusty little Victoria sponge cakes but oh my word they were an epic fail, I have no idea why as I have made them so many times.  The chocolate cakes were really rich but so so moist thankfully (and also one of the easiest recipes I have ever done) and the cinnamon buns were just perfect.
