Do you every buy smoked salmon or ham from M&S?  Their packets are so odd, usually you can open the packet a little and take out a slice, not with M&S.  They lay their meat and fish in such a way that you have to open the whole packet, take all of the smoked salmon for instance out in order to get a slice.  It is so strange. I wonder why they do it like that?

On to the positives, the salmon is delicious and makes beautiful smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels.
