My new book Persiana Everyday has some lovely recipes in it and finally today we decided to make the fried chicken, a little Saturday treat. The chicken had a yoghurt marinade with paprika, aleppo pepper, white pepper and garlic granules and then you dip into seasoned flour and fry and it was served with a harissa mayo. So worth all of the calories and I am glad I saved the calories for this. It was really really good and the mayo really set it off.
