I have been on a course for a few days and today my brain feels frazzled so we decided to keep dinner super simple with a spaghetti vongole, clam pasta. It always amazes me when less than half an hour in the kitchen can result in something so delicious and tasty. I forgot how good this pasta dish is. I have recently discovered frozen clams in shells, I know some chefs turn their nose up at frozen fish and seafood but they taste great to me and are relatively fuss free and clean, perfect therefore to have on standby for days when you just need something easy to throw together.
