Yesterday a part of my cooking marathon was the prawn filling for this wonderful lasagne - prawn and chilli.  By the time the prawn and chilli filling had finished cooking, I was tired and so left assembly and cooking until today.  The smell of lasagne does genuinely make me so happy.  This was absolutely lovely and I loved that supper tonight was a simple reheat and enjoy meal. Enjoy it we really did.
