Today I wanted to make fish and I have some Harissa to use up so thought I would make Harissa cod with ras-el-hanout salt and pepper prawns and couscous. Even I was surprised at just how delicious it all was. Everything just went so well together and felt fresh and vibrant and so good. The absolute star of the show though? The prawns. They were so easy, I put a tbsp or so of olive oil over them, added 2 tsp of ras-el-hanout, flaky sea salt and lots of black pepper then flash fried them for a few minutes and that was it. A really enjoyable meal.
