I really like tuna, and especially tuna steaks.  I bought shichimi togarashi the other day - a sort of Japanese seasoning - which I have been eager to get and since I finally managed to get this, I also got some tuna steaks and decided to serve them with a tomato and ponzu sauce.  This was a mix of a Marcus Wareing recipe and a Tim Anderson one. I was surprised at the heat of the shichimi to be honest but it was so nice, really quite spicy and the tomato salad was very refreshing. It felt healthy and tasted delicious.
