Have you ever been to Pret a Manger?  They really do have some lovely sandwiches, baguettes and wraps.  One of their nicest is actually one of the simplest - tuna baguettes.  The tuna is creamy slightly sweet and super tasty and the cucumber goes with it so very well as it is just that fresh element every good sandwich needs.

Anyway, today Rhona came home early with a gorgeous baguette and I immediately thought of Pret and knew I wanted a tuna baguette and so that is what we made. It was absolutely gorgeous.
