In South Africa there is this food chain called Ocean Basket that is a very unfancy inexpensive restaurant for seafood.  They have prawns in lemon butter sauce and today we ‘faked’ it, this gorgeous creamy lemon butter sauce with lots of fresh bread. was absolutely gorgeous and it is making me think about how much we need to return to SA.
