Jack’s birthday has rolled around again and the cake request this year is golf.  So today was spent planning what the cake would look like, making a huge shopping list and ordering all of the various components.  It always surprises me just how much work is needed on the ‘simple’ task of a birthday cake and I always get nervous and apprehensive that I won’t be able to pull it off.
