Tonight the Birmingham tour continues with dinner at Opheem, Aktar Islam's Michelin star restaurant.  This was a brilliant evening.  The food and wine were both delicious and plentiful, very plentiful. Half way through I remember thinking I could not eat or drink another thing.  Then right at the end we got to meet Aktar who was such a lovely, lovely guy. What a wonderful evening.
