Today I made some cream egg cupcakes with the kids, we made chocolate cupcakes with a mascarpone cream, a chocolate shredded wheat nest and chocolate eggs.  They looked cute, tasted great and we had a lot of fun.

We also made a Gordon Ramsey sausage hot pot and had it with polenta, it was super easy and very tasty but not the hot pot I was looking for. I will search on.
