The sun is back!  So we thought we should rejoice and get outside and cook before it gives way again to rain.  I was going through out website and doing some admin and saw jackets with sour cream and thought that would work well.

When we went to grab food we saw a gorgeous steak and sweetcorn and so thought that would be great. When I got home and started planning a little more I thought bbq sauce with sour cream would be lovely with the steak and sweetcorn and it really did.  The potato skins were stuffed with cheese and onion then finished in the oven and when it came out it was topped with bbq sauce, sour cream and crispy bacon. It really was special and really very very easy.
