Today we had to go to Gatwick airport to get our pcr fit to fly test.  I have been really careful but even so it is still a worry.  It should have been an hours journey and a 10 min thing. Because of a mistake however it took almost an hour and also meant we got caught in rush hour traffic. By the time we got back on the road to come home it was late and the last thing I wanted to do was cook or stand in the kitchen and so we had fish finger sandwiches. My word they were good, they take 5 mins to assemble and are just wonderful.
