Happy Birthday Kerryn!

We had a really lovely evening celebrating at the Giggling Squid in Sevenoaks. 

The restaurant is lovely, the service very good and the food sensational. 

We started with the street food sharer which had vegetable spring rolls, giggling chicken wings which were sweet and sticky and spicy, salt and pepper squid and hawker pork skewers.  We also got the som tam papaya salad which was SO spicy but so good.

Then for mains we had Thai green curry with slow cooked beef, giant butterfly king prawn pad Thai, cashew vegetable stir fry and drunken ribs.  We finished and all said we could not eat another bite.  Then we carried on chatting and laughing and an hour or so later decided to follow it with pandan tres leche cake and caramelised mango and some cocktails and more laughs.

A genuinely lovely evening full of laughs, friendship and wonderful food, it doesn’t get better than that.
