In the Olive magazine this month there is a gorgeous looking warm avocado, feta and chorizo salad.  One of those dishes where you see it and instantly know you need to have that.  So tonight we made it.  It was prepped and cooked in under 20 mins (which on a week day is always a winner for me) and honestly was delicious.
