Matt loves chocolate, he is such a chocoholic. So I thought I would test out some chocolate biscuits. Unpacking my shopping I pulled out a jar of Nutella and then it came to me, what about making biscuits with an oozy filling? What is nicer than cookies? So, Nutella cookies it was. They were so good the whole batch went within half an hour of them coming out of the oven.  I took a tsp of Nutella and froze it and then put it into the middle of truffle cookies and baked them.  Breaking open the cookie and seeing the middle Nutella oozing out I could not help but smile.
