Today was the final recipe testing for cardamom chicken, a really beautiful chicken dish that shows you how versatile and wonderful cardamom can be. The whole dish is lovely and you would never know cardamom is in it, it is really tempered by the other flavours in the dish, which for cardamom haters is a good thing The chicken is moist, the sauce thick, fruity with a little spice and I am so pleased with how it has turned out. I can’t wait to share this with you next week.
