Have I ever told you how much I love garlic bread? Like properly properly love it?  There is something about the buttery garlic loveliness that soaks into the bread.  My favourite are very thin, pizza like bases with garlic butter, some salt and maybe even a little mozzarella. Although I also love ciabatta garlic bread.  And baguette garlic bread. Any in fact ha ha. It is also great for mopping up pasta sauces too. Delicious.
