Next week is the IT crowds cooking club so I have been researching what to cook, it is tricky because it has to fit into the hour and so also means where I maybe would make biscuits to crush that is just not feasible.  Anyway I think I am going to try a Toblerone cheesecake.  I have a chocolate cheesecake recipe and so am going to adapt this recipe.  I am going to test tomorrow and get my testers on the case over the weekend.  I do really love Toblerone so I am very hopeful this will be one of my best.
