So on the book club everybody loves Marcus Wareing and his book New Classics and they especially love the fish tacos and the pork and chorizo burger.  So tonight we thought we would try the burger, and since there was no warm sunny day outside, decided to create them inside. 

Really the burger was absolutely delicious, served with a chipotle mayo it was divine and everybody seemed to love them which is always a bonus. I served them with sweet potato fries which I absolutely love and which worked really well.
