Tonight we made the most amazing chicken wings we have ever eaten.  We usually cook them inside in the oven and finish them off outside but tonight decided to cook them straight on the Kamado Joe.  Oh my word they were good, the skin was super crispy, the meat moist and after being put into a ginger and spring onion sauce, spicy sticky and sweet. Wonderful. We also made Asian corn which really was tasty.
