Monday is meat free Monday and with the beautiful warm weather and winter looming we thought we would cook outside again and so today had one of my favourite dishes ever, peach and burrata salad.  It is so lovely, minty, chilli, creamy, crispy from the croutons and it all goes beautifully with the fruit.  Delicious.
