Today I realised the importance of good photos.  We made chipotle pork belly tacos which were utterly delicious.  They were spicy and sticky and so yummy.  Although they look nice in the pic, they don't look GREAT, and they tasted GREAT.  Since launching this website we have learnt honestly so much about cooking. Steep learning curve but a great one.
