So today was the IT cooking club.  It is usually Fridays but we have been given tomorrow off as a mental wellbeing day which is nice. So today we made the apple and pear streusel cake which is quite simply divine.  It is everything you could ever want in a cake, flavourful, fruity and with a beautiful crunch on the top.  Warm straight from the oven you just can't go wrong. We had a really good laugh today and the cake was just an added bonus.
