Today National pizza day. So what were we to do other than to partake in pizza.
The day job has been busy but, luckily, I froze some freshly made dough last time I made it and so I did not need to worry about getting the dough going.
We decided to go with a really interesting recipe I found which was pizza arrabiata, you use tomatoes rather than a sauce, chunks of spicy sausage, chunks of mozzarella and chilli. It was incredible, spicy, tomatoey, meaty and so, so good, even in our ordinary oven. Definitely one to repeat.
