Today I read about a dish I had never heard of (and this always intrigues me!) Gobi manchurian.  This essentially is an Indian/Chinese dish where cauliflower (gobi) is fried and then put through a sweet, spicy, tangy sour sauce.

Now as you all know, I LOVE cauliflower so this is high on my list of dishes to try.
