I saw a recipe for courgette crab spaghetti which really intrigued me. I love crab spaghetti and having spent years not really liking courgettes, I have recently found that cooked well they can be just lovely. The dish was beautiful, light, tasty and very lovely.  Best of all, it was a really quick cook. A perfect midweek meal.
