We love mangoes here at greatness towers and Waitrose have some absolutely beautiful speciality mangoes which are so sweet tasty and juicy that you can close your eyes and almost imagine you are somewhere tropical and beautiful. Cut into chunks and just dressed with lime is the perfect way to eat them. If you can, take them out of the fridge an hour or so before you eat them so you can really get the flavour of them shining through.
