Dumpling dipping sauce
Makes 80ml
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
60ml soy sauce 
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 
½ tsp fine caster sugar 
1 tsp sesame oil 
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic 
2 very finely chopped spring onions 
2 chillies, sliced with or without seeds, depending on how hot you like it 
Method
Put all ingredients into a bowl and stir thoroughly. Check spiciness and adjust where necessary. Serve
