Mushy peas

Serves 4

Ingredients
Petit pois  
20g butter 
½ tsp sugar 
½ tsp salt

Method
Put your peas into boiling water and cook for roughly 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and add butter, salt and sugar. Take a potato masher or fork and mash until the peas are properly crushed. Check for seasoning.
