Spicy Pineapple BBQ sauce
Makes 150ml
Preparation time: 5 minutes 
Cooking time: 20 minutes 
Ingredients
50ml fresh pineapple juice 
15g brown sugar
1cm ginger peeled and finely chopped 
½ tsp chilli powder 
1 ½ tbsp ketchup 
100g bbq sauce 
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
1 ½ tbsp dark soy 
Method
Put all of the ingredients into a pan and cook on a medium heat until it comes to the boil.  Reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes until thick and glossy. Cool a little.  Once cool, blitz until smooth.
