The only thing more exciting than getting a delivery of fabulous ingredients is the planning of what you can do with those ingredients.  I bought lime, banana and pandan leaves and when it was delivered yesterday I couldn’t help but head straight to my books and start planning what to make. I also bought this gorgeous non-alcoholic Yuzu drink which I had when I went to Rosa’s the other week with Stuart. It was SO good we both remarked how nice it was and I knew I had to find it. It is refreshing, sweet and just so so nice. I love how ingredients inspire me.
