Sometimes all you need is simple and tonight that is exactly what we did, simple.  I had to work today as I have been on a course for the last few months and as we are coming to the end of it I really did not want to miss today. So after a fairly long and late day (due to the time difference) tonight we bought a ready cooked bbq chicken, rolls, lettuce and mayo from Woolworths. It made the best sandwiches I have had in quite some time.  Honestly it was so divine I wondered why we don’t do this more often. What a wonderful, wonderful meal.
